Your Role and Responsibilities

For our project team in DACH, we are looking for a senior Delivery Project Executive (DPE) for managing complex projects, contracts, and service accounts. As DPE, you will be the primary focal point for IBM service delivery in support of the client's operational environment. You ensure service delivery customer satisfaction objectives, contract costs, and service level agreements are met. You maintain strong client partnership and you lead the service delivery team according to a defined scope of services in front of the client.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5 years experience in the banking industry with multiple years of ATM experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent German and English.
- Able to lead and manage client expectations, requirements and strong client relationships including strong negotiations skills.
- Experienced in understanding and managing complex service contracts including managed services and/or operational services.
- Leadership skills to lead and manage diverse delivery teams.

- Able to adjust and be flexible in the face of uncertainty.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Proactive, responsible, independent, and self-managed.
