**_Supply Chain Scheduler _**_(M/F/d) unlimited & fulltime_**

**_ Preferred at our location Rheinmünster¸alternative location Terneuzen /Netherlands_**
- As a Supply Chain Planner, you will have an interface function between our customers and production. Under the direction of the European Business Supply Chain Manager, the Supply Chain Planner is responsible to monitor, coordinate and organize operational and administrative supply chain activities.

**What you expect**:

- Customer order administration and -handling supported by the systems as far as possible (delivery note and other)
- Plan stock replenishments (purchase orders/production orders) and control inventories
- Continually monitor open orders, fluctuations in demand, so changes can be implemented proactively to ensure supply reliability to the customer
- Ordering raw materials and supplies
- Arrangement of delivery dates based on availabilities
- Creation and maintenance of material master data in the ERP system SAP S4/HANA
- Organizing on-time deliveries with freight forwarders
- Routinely check and track inventory quantity, slow-moving or other inventory statuses
- Drive resolution in identifying solutions and disposition on inventories and acting to implement those solutions
- Collaboration in a cross-functional international supply chain team
- If warehouses are not SAP-connected organization of inventory management
- Support / coordination of new tenders for freight or warehousing
- Proactively communicate, solve and respond with customer service, supply chain planner, marketing/commercial and supply chain operations regarding issues with product availability when service level will be affected.

**What we expect**:

- Commercial education with focus on industry or logistics
- Several years of relevant work experience in the described area of responsibility
- Advanced knowledge in logistics or supply chain processes
- In-depth knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP S4/HANA
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Independent working environment, self directed.
