**Programme Director PATEC**

with those of the five other Eastern Bavarian higher education institutions. the contract become open-ended

(Deggendorf, Landshut, Regensburg and Amberg-Weiden).

**Duties and responsibilities**
As Programme Director PATEC, you will coordinate and further develop entrepreneurship training and qualifying measures
in close cooperation with the collegial management of PATEC (Passau - The Entrepreneurial Campus). Core duties and
responsibilities are:

- Develop a strategy for strengthening and fully integrating entrepreneurship education at the University of Passau
- Coordinate the entrepreneurship training and qualifying measures offered by chairs across all of the University’s
- faculties as part of the PATEC project- Conceive, advertise and implement supplementary training and qualifying measures in entrepreneurship, whereby
- these are mainly offered in English- Develop and coordinate the University's activities within the framework of the Eastern Bavaria Start-up Hub project
- (Gründungs-Hub Ostbayern);_ your duties will include resource management and reporting- Expand cross-institutional cooperation in the field of entrepreneurship education
- Close cooperation with the Start-up Coaching team in the Knowledge Transfer and Start-up Support Section

**Person specification**:

- Must have a university master's degree- Relevant experience in the field of entrepreneurship or first-hand experience setting up your own business would be
- an advantage- Knowledge of the inner workings of higher education institutions would be desirable
- You are a dedicated and confident team-player with good interpersonal and communication skills, a great deal of
- initiative and well-developed organisational skills- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills are essential
