Wir, EOS - Weltmarktführer für industriellen 3D-Druck, suchen dich als Unterstützung für unser Digital Service Solution Team in Krailling. (hybrides Arbeiten möglich)

Deine Mission
- Du unterstützt die Abteilungs
- und Projektleitung bei der Planung und Organisation von Workshops und bereitest ansprechende Präsentationen vor.
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Fachleuten definierst du Wartungsinhalte und aktualisierst die Wartungskonfiguration in SAP, um eine optimale Funktionalität sicherzustellen.
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört das Erstellen von Instandhaltungs-, Service
- und Trainingsunterlagen für unsere internationalen Techniker und Kunden, um ihnen das nötige Know-how an die Hand zu geben.
- Du führst Analysen und Reportings in SAP durch und bereitest die gewonnenen Daten in PowerBI auf, um fundierte Entscheidungen zu unterstützen.
- Darüber hinaus übernimmst du erste digitale Serviceprojekte und bearbeitest eigenständig deine Themengebiete.

Deine Talente
- Immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) einer technisch oder wirtschaftlich orientierten Fachrichtung (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, IT, Maschinenbau, After Sales, BWL, Business Administration oder ähnliches)
- Ab sofort für mind. 16h/Woche verfügbar
- Technisches Verständnis und Hands-On Mentalität
- Erste Erfahrungen im Erstellen von Analysen von Vorteil
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel
- Gute Deutsch
- und/oder sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
