**_Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams suchen wir einen_**:** Customer Service Operator (m/w/d)**
**DEIN Aufgabengebiet**:
- Als Customer Service Operator kümmerst du dich um die Beantwortung von Anfragen unserer B2C und B2B Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail sowie die Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Reklamationen
- Die Lösung von Kundenanfragen und die Bereitstellung umfassender Informationen zu unseren Produkten gehören ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
- Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen des Unternehmens zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass Kundenanliegen effektiv bearbeitet werden und um Feedback für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen zu geben
- Im Bereich des E-Commerce (B2C-Webshop, Marktplätze und Drop-Shipping) übernimmst Du die vertriebsseitige Betreuung und Abwicklung
- Du übernimmst Reportingaufgaben von Umsätzen an die Vertriebsleitung
**Das solltest DU mitbringen**:
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich des Customer Service
- Deine Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut
- Ein souveräner Umgang mit MS Office ist für dich selbstverständlich
- Du zeichnest dich durch ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Kunden-, Qualitäts
- und Serviceorientierung aus
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und bist umsetzungsstark

Zu Fuß sind es dennoch nur 10 Minuten zur Bahn von und nach Stuttgart. Das reer-Gelände liegt außerdem in der Nähe der Autobahnen 8 und 81 und verfügt über ausreichend Parkmöglicheiten.
