You support our team as

Team Lead (f/m/d) Accounts Payable Team

**Responsibilities**:
As team leader of the local Accounts Payable team, you are actively involved in ensuring and coordinating correct posting processes such as GR/IR account clarification

You will check and post incoming invoices, taking into account the specifications in the purchase orders and allocating the goods receipt

You will also be responsible for the correct account assignment and posting of manual transactions while checking the correct releases

You will process reminders and carry out special billing procedures

In close cooperation with the purchasing department, you will optimize procedures to improve cross-departmental processes

You will also create and check payment runs and be responsible for cash planning and month-end closing

**Qualifications**:
You have completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on accounting or comparable knowledge

Several years of professional and initial management experience and the ability to motivate colleagues

Good knowledge of SAP FI and VAT law

Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel

A careful and conscientious way of working

Very good knowledge of German and English, another foreign language is an advantage, but not a must
