Vista is expanding its Part 145 network, rebranding all facilities to ‘Vista Aircraft Maintenance’ during 2023. Our locations include Base Maintenance facilities in Farnborough (Dassault Aviation Business Services), Paris Le Bourget (Dassault Aviation Business Services), Munich (MCM Munich), Baden Baden (Air Hamburg Technik), Van Nuys (JetWorx) and Bay City (Red Wing Aircraft Maintenance) with additional Line Stations in Malta, Nice and Luton and Mobile Repair Teams in South Florida and the New York area.

We are recruiting for experienced Stores Personnel to join our team in Baden Baden.

Your Responsibilities:

- Maintain stores in accordance with Part 145 regulations and company standards;
- Ensure appropriate parts storage and compliance with EASA Part 145 requirements;
- Maintain adequate inventory of MEL and high-moving items as well as stock issued from stores;
- Inspect incoming stock to ensure quality standards are maintained;
- Batch, locate and rotate stock accurately;
- Monitor the shelf life of various components;
- Track all tooling and ensure conformity with calibration requirements;
- Promote a Just Culture, adhere to company Health & Safety policies, and report all incidents and occurrences through the Company Safety Management System;
- Perform additional duties as required by the Stores Logistics Manager.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

- Experience working in a Part 145 store;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience in shipping aircraft parts including knowledge in Dangerous Goods;
- Have the right to work in Europe without restriction;
- Must be eligible for an airside pass;
- Be highly motivated, a great team player with a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
