**Your Role**:

- Conducting and documenting tastings
- Engaging in sensory evaluations
- Organizing and executing NMR analyses while promptly addressing any deviations
- Managing complaint resolutions and tracking corrective actions
- Evaluating storage and retrieval practices
- Verifying MHD extensions
- Fulfilling QA-related duties during factory trials
- Active participation in safety rounds

**Your Qualities**:

- Possession of an academic certification (state-certified food technician) coupled with extensive industry experience
- Prior exposure to project management or personnel oversight
- Proficiency in sensory discernment
- Sound knowledge of raw materials and product dynamics
- Fluency in both written and verbal German and English languages
