**Job requirements**:

**Job responsibilities**:
**Main Purpose**
- Programming Jobs on Syspro
- Daily Checking of the Factories Capacity and load
- Factory Coordination
- Job closure on Syspro and checking Costing
- **Reporting and KPI’s for the factory**:
- Stepping in as Second in Charge for PCP Manager should the need arise
- Review of WIP > 60Days and job closures
***Duties and responsibilities**
- **Requirements for Syspro**:
- Using the planned dates to program each job on Syspro
- Creating stock codes for the Engineers and Buyers
- Assisting the factory and being involved in the factory on a daily basis
- Checking the Capacity Planning and ensuring no overloads
- Daily check of delayed jobs on Syspro, assisting to expedite
- Inter-company Transfers
- Calendar Maintenance
- Job Closures, evaluating costs and ensuring all levels are closed
**Requirements for Planning**
- Loading of the Fabrication planning to check overloads
- Loading of the Core Cutting line to check overloads
- Levelling any overloads
- Complying to the customer delivery date or reporting if not possible
**Reporting**
- PCP Meeting Minutes to be updated and coordinated
- Job Closure KPI to be filled and submitted Weekly
- Issues in the factory with regards to job cards, routing and dispatch lists
- Assisting with Buyers, cleaning stock codes
**Other**
- Assisting with Oil Control/ Stock take on a weekly basis
- Assisting Stores with GRNs and any other training required
- Issuing Stores and floor with trail kits
- Requesting updated Bill of Materials from Engineering when needed
- Providing constant training on the floor of the new systems and to constantly assist the staff with Syspro requirements.
- Assisting Sales with delivery dates and updates from the factory floor.
- Assisting Sales with updated and accurate stock unit records
**Specific Requirements/Additional information**
- A legal driving licence.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing, including formal communication and making presentations.
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- A sense of urgency with a strong customer service orientation.
- Willingness and freedom to travel extensively, including frequent overnight stays away from home base.
- Hard working, resourceful, ambitious with excellent business acumen.
