Are you experienced in hospitality? Do you enjoy working in an international environment? Do you speak multiple languages? And can you deliver an epic experience to customers? Then we are looking for you St. Christopher´s is looking for an experienced night receptionist on a full-time/part-time basis. The general shift time for this role is 24:00-08:00.

The hostel is located near Alexanderplatz. Please note working weekends are required. German is preferred but not essential, any extra languages are a huge plus We are looking forward to hearing from you :)

**Essential requirements**
You must:

- Be eligible or have all necessary documentation in which to be legally employed in the country, which you are based.
- All Documentation required by any Local/Regional/National certifying or Governing bodies in which to operate legally within you units’ country.
- Have an up to date/active bank account in your own name.
- Where live in accommodation is not provided. Have a fixed place of residence and live within a reasonable travelling distance of the hotel/bar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Must have good computer skills
- Able to work well under pressure and successfully handle difficult situations
- Possess initial experience or you are passionate about hospitality
- Fluent in English; and any other languages are an advantage
- Comfortable working alone

**The Role - Main responsibilities**
- Booking guests into the Hostel, advising on our offering and services.
- Assisting guests with enquires and questions - everything from do you have a hairdryer? to when is breakfast serviced?
- Managing the Beds and Bars booking system, ensuring all office administration is accurate.
- Ensuring an effective hand over to the day team.
- Working with the management team on security and safety.
- Advising guests on Berlin attractions.

Previous experience in a customer-based role preferred but not essential.
