The Hertie School in Berlin prepares exceptional students for leadership positions in government, business, and civil society. The school offers master’s programmes, executive education and doctoral programmes, distinguished by interdisciplinary and practice-oriented teaching, as well as outstanding research. Its extensive international network positions it as an ambassador of good governance, characterised by public debate and engagement. The school was founded in 2003 by the Hertie Foundation, which remains its major funder. The Hertie School is accredited by the state and the German Science Council.
We are seeking a
**Digital Marketing Specialist (gn)**
full-time (40 hours/week), permanent contract
Your tasks:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to attract prospective students to our Master's programs.
- Manage and further develop our CRM system, Salesforce, to effectively track and analyze recruitment data.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for student recruitment.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts and branding initiatives.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the higher education sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and familiarity with database management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. German language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
