Das ist die Aufgabe
- Beraten und Unterstützen des Unternehmens in allen Fragen des Arbeitsschutzes gemäß Arbeitssicherheitsgesetz und des Umweltschutzes
- Koordination der standortübergreifenden Initiativen und Vertretung des Unternehmens gegenüber externen Stellen in Fragen des Arbeits
- und Umweltschutzes
- Unterstützen bei der Gestaltung von technischen und organisatorischen Arbeitsbedingungen, Sicherheitstechnische Abnahme von Betriebsanlagen und technischen Arbeitsmitteln, Mitarbeit in Investitionsprojekten (Anlagen, Gebäude)
- Beraten bei der Beschaffung von technischen Arbeitsmitteln, der Auswahl und Erprobung von Körperschutzmitteln sowie der Einführung von Arbeitsverfahren und -stoffen, Pflegen des Gefahrstoffkatasters
- Weiterentwickeln des Arbeitsschutzmanagementsystems als zentraler Beauftragter der deutschen Standorte
Das überzeugt uns
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium sowie eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit m/w/d
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im technischen Umfeld und Berufserfahrung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit m/w/d ist Voraussetzung; Erfahrung als Umweltbeauftragter m/w/d ist wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse der Arbeits
- und Umweltschutzgesetzgebung, berufsgenossenschaftlichen Vorschriften sowie behördlichen Auflagen im Umweltschutz
- Sehr hohe Kommunikations
- sowie Konfliktfähigkeit gepaart mit Durchsetzungsstärke und Eigeninitiative
- Sichere Anwendung moderner Präsentationstechniken und Erfahrung in der Schulung und Unterweisung von Beschäftigten m/w/d und Bereitschaft zur permanenten Weiterbildung
