Wir, die Chamäleon GmbH sind ein wachsendes Exportunternehmen und haben uns auf den Vertrieb diverser chemischer Produkte für den Automotive Aftermarket spezialisiert. Zur Unterstützung unserer erfolgreichen Wachstumsstrategie suchen wir in unserem Heidelberger Büro zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine(n)

**Mitarbeiter:in Product Management (m/w/d) in Teil
- oder Vollzeit**

**Worauf Du dich freuen kannst**:

- Du unterstützt den Geschäftsbereich Product Management bei administrativen, organisatorischen und planerischen Aufgaben
- Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferanten, Kunden und der Marketingabteilung
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Dokumentenmanagement, sowie die Produktdatenpflege in unserem ERP-System (Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Du überwachst und analysierst unser Produktportfolio
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Qualitätskontrolle, sowie das Beschwerdemanagement
- Du betreust unsere Stammlieferanten und suchst nach neuen Lieferantenoptionen
- Du platzierst Einkaufsbestellungen und überwachst diese bis zum Wareneingang
- Du organisierst das Versenden von Produktmustern und überwachst die Testergebnisse

**Was bringst du mit?**
- Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation
- Mehr als 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Leitung und Koordination von Prozessen
- Erfahrungen im Bereich Product Management / Einkauf
- Hervorragende Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Produkten / MS 365 / Dynamics 365 Business Central von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick, gutes Zeitmanagement und Zuverlässigkeit
- Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen und deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift und gegebenenfalls weitere Fremdsprachen
- Eine strukturierte, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Analytische Denkweise
- Bereitschaft zur Teamarbeit und Affinität zu digitalem Arbeiten

**Employee - Product Management (M/F/d) part-time or full-time**

**What we offer**:

- You will support the Product Management division with administrative, organisational and planning tasks
- You will act as the interface between suppliers, customers and the marketing department
- You will be responsible for document management and product data maintenance in our ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- You will monitor and analyse our product portfolio
- You will be responsible for quality control and complaint management
- You will look after our regular suppliers and search for new supplier options
- You will place purchase orders and monitor them until the goods are supplied
- You will organise the shipment of product samples and monitor the test results

**What are your skills?**
- A commercial apprenticeship or comparable professional qualification
- More than 3 years of practical experience in managing and coordinating processes
- Experience in the area of product management / purchasing
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office products / MS 365 / Dynamics 365 Business Central an advantage
- Strong communication skills, organisational skills, good time management and reliability
- Good to very good knowledge of spoken and written English and German and, if necessary, other foreign languages
- A structured, conscientious and independent way of working
- Analytical mindset
- A willingness to work in a team and an affinity for digital work
