AUFGABEN
Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unseres erfolgreichen Trainingsportfolios für das Cluster Safety and Security (Datenschutz, IT Security, Medizintechnik)
Definition und Umsetzung einer wettbewerbsfähigen Portfoliostrategie für das Cluster unter Berücksichtigung von Markt
- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen und strategischer Entwicklung des TÜV SÜD Konzerns
Planung und Steuerung aller notwendigen Aktivitäten für einen erfolgreichen Marktauftritt unseres Trainingsportfolios
Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung eines Produktmanagement Teams bestehend aus den Bereichen Produktentwicklung, Vertrieb und Marketing mit Verantwortung für Ergebnis und Qualität
Koordination von strategischen Zielen und OKRs für den Verantwortungsbereich
Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerkes mit Kunden, Fachabteilungen innerhalb des TÜV SÜD Konzerns sowie externen Fachleuten im Umfeld des zu verantwortenden Produkt-/ Fachgebiets
QUALIFIKATIONEN
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium vorzugsweise auf dem Fachgebiet Wirtschaft oder Technik
Mehrjährige berufliche Erfahrung im Bereich Datenschutz, IT Security oder Medizintechnik und/oder Erwachsenenbildung
Erfahrung in Produktmanagement und Portfoliosteuerung
Unternehmerische*r Teamplayer*in mit Eigeninitiative und Empathie
Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung mit klarem und offenem Kommunikationsstil
Fähigkeit zur Handhabung und Steuerung virtueller Teams mit internen und externen Teilnehmern
Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
