What to Expect

Time type: Part time

As part of the People organization, you will support our Berlin based HR Shared Service Team in delivering first line support for our employees. Our Shared Service Team is the go-to point for HR related administrative topics and is handling requests regarding various topics on a daily base.

We are looking for a reliable, autonomous, and diligent person who will support our team with the work on standard requests and will help us achieving a common goal: deliver the best possible employee experience

What You’ll Do
- Support our HR Shared Service Team throughout with the daily business
- Assist with the requests of our employees in the ticket system
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the team (E.g. document creation)
- Support on ad hoc requests and tasks as requested

What You’ll Bring
- Studying a degree in HR, Administration, Law or related
- Structured way of work and good administrative skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- We are working in German and English, so B2-C1 level in both (written and spoken)
- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR/ administration is preferred
- Customer Service experience is a highly welcome
