Tender Specialist

**JOB POSITION**

As a Tender Specialist, you will play a key role in co-leading the tender process, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to submitting proposals and addressing commercial topics pre-and post-tender award. You will collaborate closely with our Sales division to drive growth and achieve the company's commercial targets.

Your job scope would be to:

- Formulate and implement tender strategies that align with the company’s goals and client requirements
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to guarantee thorough consideration of all technical and commercial elements in a tender
- Ensure strict alignment with client requirements and regulations through collaboration with sustainability, data security, and legal teams
- Effectively manage bid resources and timelines to ensure timely delivery and submission of high-quality proposals
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate bid documentation
- Monitor and evaluate bid status and tender results to identify improvement areas
- Manage and update tender database while conducting routine analyses of tender data

**We’re Looking For Someone Who Has**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience to the position
- 2-3 years of experience as tender/bid specialist/proposal specialist, contract or commercial specialist or similar role in industrial section
- Good coordination skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strategic thinking, analytical skills, self-motivation, resilience, and a strong collaborator with good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office especially in Excel and Power Point
- Good language skills in written and fluent spoken English, and preferably proficiency in Chinese or another European language

**Salary**: 39,635.77€ - 60,000.00€ per year
