**Aufgabe**:
Als Expert Sales Content & Collaboration ECM (w/m/d) sind Sie Ansprechpartner für Geschäftskunden der T-Systems und der Deutschen Telekom im Bereich Content & Collaboration ECM. Sie leiten die wichtigen Content & Collaboration-Vorhaben von der Beratung bis hin zum Betrieb der Software-as-a-Service Lösungen. Gleichzeitig stehen Sie im engen Austausch mit unseren Account Managern und spielen eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Übersetzung der spezifischen Kundenbedarfe in innovative ECM-Lösungen.

Zu Ihrem Tätigkeits
- und Verantwortungsbereich zählen:

- Sie tragen die Verantung für Order Entry und Revenue durch den Abschluss profitabler Deals für das Portfolio Content & Collaboration ECM
- Sie beraten aktiv unsere Kunden und analysieren ihre Anforderungen
- Sie bauen eine eigene Sales Pipeline inkl. eines regelmäßigen Forecast-Prozesses auf
- Sie kennen die Wettbewerbssituation beim Kunden und entwickeln eine dazu passende Vertriebs
- bzw. Beratungsstrategie
- Sie koordinieren und orchestrieren die beteiligten internen Fachbereiche und eingebundenen Partner
- Sie entwickeln Lösungskonzepte, präsentieren diese vor Kunden und erstellen kommerzielle Angebote.

**Profil**:
Sie verfügen idealer Weise über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium bevorzugt aus den Fachbereichen Informatik und/oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Sie weisen eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Themenbereichen Vertrieb und/oder Beratung von Digitalen Content & Collaboration (ECM) Konzepten, Lösungen und Technologien auf. Darüber hinaus bringen Sie folgende Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen mit:

- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Vertrieb komplexer digitaler Leistungen und Lösungen im Kontext Content & Collaboration (ECM)
- Fachkenntnisse in Bezug auf Content & Collaboration (ECM) Basistechnologien
- Kenntnisse in der Verhandlungsführung und Erfahrungen in der Ausgestaltung von Verträgen
- Sehr gute Präsentationskenntnisse und Präsentationssicherheit
- Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. und die Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen nationalen und internationalen Geschäftsreisen
