Supplier Quality Specialist

**Your tasks**:
The position is aimed at the immediate processing of supplier topics relevant to quality and complaints. A permanent improvement of the existing product and process quality is the main focus of the position.
- Analysis of customer complaints related to supplier products
- Supplier development, process and product audits
- Creation of NCR's in CAQ system and forwarding to the responsible supplier and creating of QSV agreements
- Regular evaluation of the supplier failure statistics and KPIs
- Random sample checking of suppliers ISO9001 conformity and external process and product audits
- Planning and ensuring initial sampling of vendor parts
- Annual Supplier evaluation

**Your skills**:
With this knowledge you will strengthen our team.
- Bachelor or master’s degree or commercial or technical education
- As well as an education and training in the area of supplier quality management, e.g. quality representative, internal auditor, quality manager, process management, supplier management
- Relevant professional experience in supplier quality management and quality Methods (e.g. Continuous improvement, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why)
- A technical product knowledge and technical understanding
- Experience in supplier management and development as well as legal requirements for supplier quality handling
- Good IT skills (MS Office, e.g. Excel incl. Pivot)
- A keen eye for process KPIs
- Drivers licence mandatory
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
