**Um unser Team zu verstärken suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Finance Coordinator* in Mülheim-Kärlich.**

Der Finance Coordinator berichtet an den Finance Manager Deutschland und spielt eine entscheidende Rolle im deutschen Buchhaltungsteam. Mit deinen fundierten Kenntnissen lokaler und internationaler Rechnungslegungsstandards und deinen exzellenten analytischen Fähigkeiten bist du bestens ausgerüstet, um Teil unseres Teams zu werden
**Stellenbeschreibung**
In dieser spannenden Position bist du maßgeblich dafür verantwortlich, dass alle finanzbezogenen Aufgaben und Transaktionen der TOMRA Sorting GmbH gesetzeskonform und nach den höchsten Rechnungslegungsstandards durchgeführt werden. Als unverzichtbarer Partner des lokalen Finance Managers bieten sich dir vielfältige Aufgaben und spannende Herausforderungen:

- Verwaltung und Abstimmung der Hauptbuchhaltung (Rückstellungen etc.) mit dem Finance Manager und dem Financial Controller
- Vorbereitung und Einreichung von Monats
- und Jahresabschlüssen (HGB & IFRS) nach Überprüfung
- Vorbereitung und Einreichung von Steuererklärungen
- Vorbereitung und Einreichung von regulatorischen Berichten
- Unterstützung bei der Prüfungsarbeit
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Gesetze und Vorschriften

**Qualifikationen**
- Mindestens Realschulabschluss mit anschließender kaufmännischer Ausbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung
- Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Berufserfahrung in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft oder bekannten Beratungsfirma wünschenswert
- Fähigkeit, Probleme zu identifizieren und effektive Lösungen umzusetzen
- Fortgeschrittene Excel-Kenntnisse
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware / einem ERP-System
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute mündliche und schriftliche Englischkenntnisse
