- und Konzernabschlussprüfungen nach HGB und IFRS sowie Prüfungen des Wertpapierdienstleistungsgeschäfts nach - 89 Abs. 1 WpHG ein gesamtheitliches und übergreifendes Angebot spezieller, maßgeschneiderte Beratungsleistungen für national und international tätige Wertpapierinstitute bzw. -institutsgruppen. Unterstütze uns zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in unserem Office in Frankfurt am **Main**, **Hamburg**, **Berlin**, **Düsseldorf**, **München **und **Stuttgart**.- DAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN:
- Als Mitglied unseres “Investment Firms”-Teams arbeitest Du im dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld und übernimmst Verantwortung für Projekte, Kunden und Mitarbeiter. Gleichzeitig stehen dir deine Kollegen und dein Team als Sparringspartner in verschiedensten Themen zur Seite.
- Du wirkst an Jahres
- und Konzernabschlussprüfungen nach HGB und IFRS mit. Erhalte dabei tiefe Einblicke in das Aufsichtsrecht für Wertpapierfirmen auf Basis der nationalen und EU-rechtlichen Vorgaben.
- Du beurteilst im Rahmen der Prüfungen nach - 89 Abs. 1 WpHG die Angemessenheit und Wirksamkeit der von den Wertpapierinstituten eingerichteten Prozesse zur Einhaltung der Verhaltens-, Organisations
- und Transparenzpflichten im Kundenwertpapiergeschäft.
- Vom Kundenkontakt über die Erstellung von Arbeitspapieren bis hin zur Aufbereitung von rechnungslegungsbezogenen oder aufsichtsrechtlichen Sachverhalten übernimmst Du ein breites Aufgabenspektrum und entwickelst deine persönlichen Stärken und Schwerpunkte. Bringe dich mit deinen Ideen & Erfahrungen ein und sei Teil an einer erfolgreichen Entwicklung unseres Financial Services Bereichs.
- DAS BRINGST DU MIT:
- Du hast dein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften abgeschlossen, auch andere Studiengänge sind bei uns willkommen. Weiterhin bringst Du Interesse und als Senior Asssociate schon mehr als 2 Jahre Erfahrung in den Themengebieten Compliance, WpIG und WpHG bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, einer Unternehmensberatung oder bei einem Wertpapierinstitut mit.
- Du hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine gute Auffassungsgabe zur Erfassung und Darstellung komplexer rechtlicher Sachverhalte. Du präsentierst und vertrittst deine Arbeitsergebnisse selbstbewusst vor dem Mandanten.
- Du zeichnest dich durch deine sehr gute Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch aus, die dich in die Lage versetzt, komplexe Sachverhalte zu verstehen und zu erklären.
- Engagement, Neugier und Spaß an der Arbeit gehören zu deinen Grundeigenschaften.
