Pictures and Video Producer

You are an expert in the creation and maintenance of different media types? You have got first experiences with automated or AI generated content?

We are currently looking for our future** Pictures and Video Producer / Editor (M/F/d) **based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.

The **Picture and Video Producer (M/F/d) **is responsible for quality, requirements, specifications of set of different media types, including pictures and video. The position holder is our technical conscience for all product related media types we use in Hager worldwide. In daily practice this means coordinating mass creation of new media with the support of partners, but also creation of small series of pictures and video (relevant media types) on site.

**Your mission**
- Media Production and Maintenance: responsible for producing and maintaining media assets such as videos, pictures, drawings, and icons, directly related to products
- Product ownership: responsible for quality standards, requirements and specifications withing the scope of related media types
- Data Structuring: Implement and enforce data structuring practices, including naming conventions, linkage to products and metadata management, to enhance asset organization and searchability
- Publication Structure Integration: Link digital assets to various publication structures such as e-catalogs and webshops, ensuring seamless integration for marketing and product management teams.
- Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with media production partners and vendors, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of content
- Tooling: Use specific tooling/software for creation, editing, storing and maintenance of different media types
- Analysis: Constantly monitor, verify and check data quality for media types in your responsibility and act accordingly when remediation, improvement or maintenance is needed
- Product Information System and DAM: Experience with Product Information System (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, with the ability to maximize their effectiveness

**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business)
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Fast experience in creation and maintenance of different media types, this includes experience with related hardware/software. Preferably some experience with automated or AI generated content
- Familiarity with Product Information System (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Professional certifications or experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Language skills: A good level of business English is required, and proficiency in German and/or French is a plus
