**Your role as **Product Owner for Real Estate Sustainability***
As a (Senior) Product Owner for Real Estate Sustainability, you will bring industry transforming products to the market. You will be part of BuildingMinds product management team and participate in the complete development process from the definition of the roadmap to the deployment of the software for customers. Within the complete vision of the BuildingMinds platform your main focus will be in the area of sustainability to help our customers to reach their goals in terms of sustainability targets and decarbonization strategies. This involves interaction with different stakeholders (customers, designers, developers, etc.), research, exchange with other product managers and the functional steering of a dedicated scrum team.
**In detail you will**
- Define & execute on strategic vision and roadmap for our BuildingMinds platform and product offerings.
- Form partnerships with customers to understand their requirements. Understand the details and context behind customer requests.
- Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews to identify common pain points.
- Translate the customer requirements into product features and functions.
- Own and manage the backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready
- Drive execution of product development to ensure products and releases are launched high quality and on schedule
- Drive competitive differentiation, customer value and product line growth
- Monitor the progress of multiple engineering teams and report engineering velocity and other KPI’s to executive leadership

**We would like to hear from you if you have**
- A must : Existing domain knowledge in real estate sustainability
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience in product management
- 3+ years’ experience in working cross functional (design, engineering, usability)
- Strong social skills and exceptional communication
- Experience in coordinating complex processes and projects
- Strong analytical skills and data affinity
- Experience in software development projects and agile methodologies
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
