Your Responsibilities
- You complete our New Hire Orientation and a thorough training program
- You work closely with your mentor and manager
- You support your colleagues based in the EMEA region with IT Support and provide feedback on resolution of tickets
- You are an escalation point for incidents and requests that cannot be handled by standard processes
- You follow a systematic, disciplined, and analytical approach to problem solving
- You aid in cost control and providing feedback on budget execution plans and you always approach each Service Request with an effective resolution

Anforderungen

Your Profile
- You possess a Bachelor/Master degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or related field and you already gained first experience in IT Support through internships or work mínimally 1 year
- You offer enthusiasm fortechnical problem solving,with attentionto detail and strong communication skills
- You have advanced English skills and an additional European language skill is desirable
- You are experienced in our operating systems - Windows clients OS, Mac OS wo, LAN/WAN technologies (wired and wireless), Min basic knowledge on switches androuter & firewall HWs
- You offer good knowledge aboutHardware like Dell, desktops, laptops, mobile phones, printers, and AV meeting rooms
- You gained experience in Active Directory administration, BitLocker encryption,IT Security fundamentals, virtualization,BitLocker encryption, IT hardware including communications and AV equipment
- You ideally have an ITIL certification
