**What’s new with Aptar**
We have an exciting position open for a Program Manager for our Corporate University. This role is responsible for administrating and supporting the assessment of organizational needs as well as manages and coordinates corporate training programs within the Aptar Corporate University (CU). The role supports the scheduling, preparation and execution of the “CU Programs” and is responsible for the quality and reporting of the aligned programs. The position supports and guides the trainer in the development of storyboards, online decks and training content.
**This is how your journey begins**:
- The Program Manager is accountable for and coordinates one or more defined CU training programs and sources such as training documents, invitations, learning management systems and trainers on a worldwide basis.
- Further development and continues improvement of training contents for specific CU Programs, also be involved in the development of new training contents together with a content owner or trainer (especially in the hybrid training methodology).
- Manages external trainers in regards to contracts, payment and integration into the CU.
- Has a strong link to HR community, especially the L&D organization regionally and locally.
- Is contact on site for all CU relevant questions; representing the CU within Aptar worldwide.
- Support and contact person for the Learning Management System and tutoring of learning groups.
- Is coordinating the online sessions of the hybrid learning journeys, if there is no regional or local coordinator available. This involves the organization of the sessions, introduction of the session
- Is responsible for the quality control of the CU training programs - in classroom and/or online setting.
- Supports the Trainer in the development of Storyboards, Online Decks and Training Content (91).
- Guides the translation of training documentation for CU Training programs
