**IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR**

As a Payroll Specialist at Envalior, you will be responsible for payroll accounting for Envalior Deutschland GmbH in Germany, ensuring that financial records are maintained and compliant with regulatory standards. You will serve as an expert in payroll tax and social security law issues, providing accurate guidance and ensuring legal compliance. Additionally, you'll embrace a pioneering spirit, exploring new methods to contribute to our values and mission.

You will make key contributions to Envalior:

- Collaborate effectively with the European payroll team to ensure seamless cross-border payroll operations, fostering efficient communication and knowledge exchange.
- Lead the implementation of collective bargaining regulations and provide invaluable support in works council negotiations.
- Serve as the go-to expert for addressing employee inquiries regarding payroll accounting.
- Efficiently coordinate the interface with the payroll provider, ensuring smooth data exchange and resolving any interface-related issues promptly to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Actively engage with the Global Payroll Lead and internal team members to identify opportunities for process standardization, simplification and automation.
- Drive the further development, optimization, and automation of internal digital processes and systems related to payroll.
- Prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and providing comprehensive support throughout the audit process.
- Provide expert support for special projects such as mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, and payroll integration.

**Requirements**:
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Bachelor's degree in business studies or completion of commercial vocational training, preferably supplemented with additional certifications in payroll accounting.
- Demonstrated track record of several years of relevant professional experience in either HR or finance/controlling roles.
- Familiarity with collective agreements and labor law regulations, preferably within the context of the chemical industry.
- Proficient use of MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel and Word, with the ability to navigate and utilize advanced functions effectively.
- Experience in project management is considered advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English languages.
