Architect (M/F/d) Data Management and Testing

**Your tasks**:
- The Infrastructure Architect role resides in the Global IT Infrastructure organization
- Design and implement new and existing IT infrastructure, e.g. Compute, Storage, incl. Operating Systems, virtualization layer (hypervisor), Big data, Block storage
- Plan and implement IT infrastructure for Business projects ( Radar, Vision) as well as Backup & Recovery environment and process aligned with business requirements
- Design and Optimize Service Management Processes to establish highly efficient IT operations, e.g., Change, Configuration and Asset, Knowledge, Capacity, Event, Availability and Service Continuity Management, Service Reporting, Continuous Service Improvement
- Implement standardization, synergies and best practices for the global IT Infrastructure systems
- Execute Life cycle management for datacenters and all global IT Infrastructure systems
- Provide Data Security and Availability concepts with efficient Backup and Recovery methods and tools
**Your profile**:
- Expert level knowledge in compute, storage, backup, automation such as Dell, Pure, HPE, EMC, VMware
- In-depth knowledge of on-prem and hybrid data center technologies, in particular hypervisor, operating systems and cloud technologies
- Backup/Recovery and DR/BCP Architecture concepts, design experience
- Strong knowledge and implementation experience in EMC Enterprise storage technologies such as Isilon
- IT Service Management and Project Management skills
- Knowledge and understanding of hyperconverged infrastructures and softwaredefined data center approaches
- Experience with Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker etc) or/and with DevOps / CICD
- Language: English mandatory (German is a plus)
