Debt Advisor (w/m/d)

**Beschreibung der Stelle**
Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Debt Advisor (w/m/d) in Vollzeit, der unsere Firmenkunden hinsichtlich verschiedenster Finanzierungsvorhaben berät und mit unseren Kapitalgebern passgenaue Finanzierungskonzepte strukturiert.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Beratung und Betreuung von Kunden
- Begleitung von Finanzierungsprojekten über die gesamte Laufzeit
- Vermittlung von Finanzierungslösungen
- Führen von individuellen, kunden
- und problemlösungsorientierten Betreuungsgesprächen
- Qualitativer Auf
- und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen
- Akquise neuer Kunden

**Dein Profil**
- Ausgeprägte Ziel
- und Ergebnisorientierung, hohe Entscheidungsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit Reporting
- und Steuerungstools (CRM)
- Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und Ausdauer
- Hohe Fachkompetenz
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Erfahrungen im Firmenkunden-Banking, mind. 2 Jahre
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Vertriebs
- sowie Akquisitionsstärke
