Kundenspezifische Abwicklung und Bearbeitung von Transport
- und Versandaufträgen
- Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
- Erstellung von Transportkostenangeboten
- Bearbeitung von Transportschadensanzeigen
- Erarbeitung auftragsspezifischer Transportlösungen
- Bearbeitung von Transportrechnungen
- Koordinierung und Überwachung von Logistikaktivitäten
- Erstellung von Berichtskennzahlen für das Management und das Team
- Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen, Spezifikationen und Schulungsunterlagen sowie Durchführung von Trainingsmaßnahmen
- Ansprechpartner für die Logistik-Teams/Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Tagesaufgaben
- Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von neuen Prozessen bzw. Anpassung/Optimierung insbesondere in Hinblick auf neue Kundenanforderungen

**Erforderliche Qualifikationen**
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Speditionskaufmann/-kauffrau oder Außenhandelskaufmann/-kauffrau bzw. Verkehrswirt*in mit idealerweise ein bis zwei Jahren Berufserfahrung.
- Alternativ verfügen Sie idealerweise über eine langjährige Berufserfahrung (mehr als 5 Jahre) im Bereich Logistik/Vertrieb/Versand mit eindeutiger Export
- bzw. Importausrichtung.
- Sie haben umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Umgang mit mindestens einem ERP-System und verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sie haben Grundlagenkenntnisse im Zoll (Export-/Importabfertigung), hier insbesondere in der Warentarifierung gemäß Zolltarif und der Beherrschung der Incoterms.
- Desweiteren sind Sie mit den Grundlagen der Exportkontrolle vertraut.
- Kenntnisse bzgl. der EU-Exportkontrollregularien sind von Vorteil.
- Wir erwarten einen sicheren Umgang mit Microsoft Office - Anwendungen.
- Ihre kommunikativen Fähigkeiten helfen Ihnen bei der Teamarbeit.
- Zudem arbeiten Sie selbständig und sind belastbar.

Die Stelle ist befristet für 1 Jahr zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zu besetzen.
