**You Will Be Part of Growing Team**

This role will coordinate all the seed registration activities and special seed projects for NEBU countries while taking part in support of the global registration team across several responsibilities.

**Your Challenge**:

- Coordinate seed registration procedure with in-house colleagues and officials for northern European countries. Ensure timely submission of required documentation and seed samples according to each country-specific regulations to meet registration deadlines (including seed planning for checks and reference collection). Check invoices and coding.
- Follow up the registration process and regularly circulate status reports and results to the stakeholders and colleagues.
- Monitor publications regarding registration and seed law, route relevant issues to adequate personnel in the organization and update the database and statistical overviews. Update the global European Description Database with official marks.
- Support of marketing colleagues for special trial projects via universities and contractors and special promotion programs regarding contracts, seed, and other documentation special trial projects via universities and contractors and special promotion programs regarding contracts, seed, and other documentation
- Creation of global general files used by the registration team and data mining of the seed registration data. Monitor any discrepancies and inform the supervisor if any.

**Location**: Greven, Germany or Eschbach, Germany.

Flexible working arrangement (possibility to work 1 to 2 days remotely).

**Qualifications**:** To Grow What Matters, You Will Need**
- Advanced Technician Certificate (BTS) or master's in agriculture or relevant field
- Fluent English and German (third language French and/or Polish as a bonus)
- Proficient using the pack Office
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new programs and Corteva proprietary computer tools
- Organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Experience in agricultural field research activities
