Intro

Setup

Unsere Kundin ist eine etablierte Institution mit einer Vielzahl von internen Stakeholdern. Das Geschäftsmodell ist zeitlos und die kleine Rechtsabteilung seit Jahren als starker Sparringspartner im Unternehmen etabliert und geschätzt.

Aufgrund einer geplanten Altersnachfolge suchen wir nun eine Kollegin oder Kollegin, die den Staffelstab perspektivisch übernehmen soll (Zeitraum realistisch 4-5 Jahre; ggf. früher). Es ist somit genug Zeit sich in die Eigenheiten und Feinheiten des Unternehmens einzuarbeiten, um Ihre Zukunft bei diesem Arbeitgeber nachhaltig gestalten zu können.

Aufgaben

**Als Generalist**: in sind Sie zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Themen im Handels
- und Gesellschaftsrecht. Des Weiteren können auch kleinere Gerichtsverfahren oder (pre-) Insolvenzthemen eine Rolle spielen.

Sie beraten eine Vielzahl von Ansprechpartnern auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchiestufen. Eins eint jedoch alle: Bodenständigkeit.

Ihr Profil

Sie sind Volljurist mit min. 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung (aus Kanzlei und/oder Unternehmen) und verstehen sich als Teamplayer. Sie möchten gerne möglichst breit und tief in einem Unternehmen ganzheitlich wirken. Ihnen sind Verlässlichkeit und eine „down-to-earth“ Kultur besonders wichtig. Sie haben zudem ein wirtschaftliches Verständnis und mögen es, lösungsorientierten Rechtsrat zu geben.
