**Your tasks**:
- Development and implementation of business intelligence strategies to support company growth and improve decision-making processes
- Lead and manage a team of BI data analysts and data scientists to provide reliable and accurate data insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet their needs
- Strong focus on supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization by proactively offering insights, setting thresholds on key KPIs, etc.
- Development and maintenance of data visualizations and dashboards with Looker
- Analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns and insights
- Improve data quality and accuracy through data profiling, cleansing, and transformation
- Freedom to develop yourself and your department - in this function you shape your role, contribute your ideas and take on responsibility
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address business intelligence challenges and opportunities
- Very good knowledge of Python, SQL and experience with cloud solutions such as Azure/AWS/Google Cloud

- In-depth knowledge of Business Intelligence systems, tools and practices
