The Siemens Fonds Invest (SFI) Fund Finance and Operations Alternatives Team is responsible for the management of SFI’s Alternatives fund-of-funds, which invest in Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds for the Siemens pension scheme and other internal and external clients. You will support the finance and operations team in various aspects of the fund management. In this position, you will receive a good overview of the management of private market fund-of funds.

- Supporting the team in financial steering of the fund-of-funds (cash management, reporting, performance measurement)
- Conducting financial analyses and preparing presentations/ meetings for investors
- Maintaining a SharePoint platform with internal and external stakeholders and optimizing processes
- Validating and tracking cash flow and performance data for a Venture Capital fund-of-fund, supporting quarterly reporting to investors
- Assisting on a variety of ad-hoc projects/topics

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- Advanced Bachelor's or Master's study with a focus on Economics, Finance or a familiar field of study
- Interest in the private market fund industry, ideally some prior experience/ knowledge
- First practical insight as an intern e.g. in consulting, auditing, or with an asset manager desired
- Analytical mind, structured way of working and independent working style
- Affinity to IT related tasks (process optimization, digitalization)
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Fluency in English
