**LOGISTIC SPECIALIST**

As a Customer Care-Logistic Specialist in Germany, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent service and to build strong relationships with the local team and within our international team. You will post, initiate, and control the daily movement of goods for technical service and those for new deliveries.

**Responsibilities**
- Support all requests from Customer Care, Marketing, Sales and Service concerning Logistics issued;
- Support inventory counts;
- Handle customs requests;
- Handle demo requests;
- Plan service checks for Demo and Loaner units and be responsible to send only clean and complete systems;
- Coordinate shipments for Demo units for EMEA and DACH region - including creating paperwork for export;
- Focal point of "Übergabestation" in Kelsterbach Office;
- Support inhouse engineers;
- Support EMEA training activities;
- Support Marketing and trade show activities.

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of Excel and Outlook skills are mandatory.
- Experience in logistics is advantage.
- High work commitment.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Familiar with SAP / salesforce (big advantage).
- Ability to work under pressure and assertiveness.
- Excellent German speaker and fluent in English

**The position in based in**: 65451 Kelsterbach - presence in office is required (no possibility of working remotely).
