In der Production Quality überwachen wir die Qualität in der Fertigung. Als Schnittstellenfunktion sorgen wir für eine effektive Bearbeitung von Qualitätsthemen und leisten somit unseren Beitrag dafür das jedes SMA Produkt die Kundenanforderungen erfüllt.

**Dein Beitrag für das große Ganze**
- Du verantwortest die Verifizierung von auffälligen Zuliefermaterialien, bewertest diese anhand von relevanten Dokumenten (Spezifikationen, Normen, Fehlerkatalogen, etc.) durch sachgerechte Anwendung von Prüf
- und Messmitteln und klärst Auffälligkeiten mit den Schnittstellen ab
- In Deiner neuen Rolle lenkst Du die Zukaufteile je nach Bewertung (Reklamation, Verschrottung, kein Fehler) und stellst die logistischen Maßnahmen sicher (Buchungen, transportsichere Verpackung, etc.)
- Du legst mit den Schnittstellen Maßnahmen fest, um die Fertigung mit fehlerfreien Materialien zu versorgen oder führst diese selbst durch (Bestandskontrollen, Chargensperrungen, Reparatur, etc.)
- Als Ansprechperson für die zugeordneten Fertigungsbereich beantwortest Du Fragen hinsichtlich Q-Themen und leitetest diese entsprechend weiter
- Du überwachst den Meldungseingang (System und aus direkten Rückmeldungen), meldest Signifikanzen und eskalierst diese bei Bedarf

**Deine Fähigkeiten sind gefragt**
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Mechatroniker, Elektrotechniker, Industriemechaniker oder vergleichbares)
- Kenntnisse in SAP (insbesondere QM Modul) und in MS Office (Excel) sowie anwendbare technische Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Prüf
- und Messmitteln und die Fähigkeit, technische Zeichnungen lesen zu können
- Eigenständiges und analytisches Handeln sowie kooperative und kommunikative Arbeitsweise
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in Schichten
