**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Du leitest fachlich ein dreiköpfiges Team im Bereich Kundenservice
- Du stellst die Qualität, Leistung und Effizienz der Abläufe sicher und trägst die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit
- Du beantwortest Kundenanfragen im Bereich Sendungsverfolgung und -beschaffung und unterstützt in der Reklamationsbearbeitung
- Du sorgst für eine stetige Weiterentwicklung und den Ausbau der Abteilung mittels Schulungen, innovativen Ideen und neuen Standards
- Du analysierst Probleme und trägst bei der Umsetzung von Lösungen bei

**DEIN PROFIL**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (w/m/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, idealerweise inkl. einer Weiterbildung zum Verkehrsfachwirt oder einem Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Transport/Logistik.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Customer Service im speditionellen Umfeld
- Ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Produkten, sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse sind für Dich selbstverständlich
- Dein ausgeprägter Führungsstil, Teamfähigkeit und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise rundet Dein Profil ab
