- Der Bereich Projektumsetzung Erneuerbare Energien dezentral ist verantwortlich für die bauliche Realisierung der aus der Projektentwicklung übernommenen, dezentralen erneuerbaren Neubauprojekte, Wind Onshore und PV.- Unsere Aufgabe ist die Umsetzung der Projekte nach dem Investitionsentscheid bis zur Übergabe an den Betrieb. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt unserer Arbeit liegt in der Projektsteuerung und Baukoordination sowie der genehmigungskonformen Realisierung, der Qualitätssicherung, dem Umweltschutz und der Arbeitssicherheit.**Vielfältige Aufgaben**:

- Als Product Lead führst du fachlich das Projektumsetzungsteam und bist in dieser Rolle auch als Coach und Enabler für die Realisierung unserer Erneuerbare Energien Neubauprojekte gemeinsam mit dem Team verantwortlich
- Für die Ressourcen-Allokation einzelner Projekte und interner Aufgaben stimmst Du Dich regelmäßig mit den Auftraggebern sowie dem*r People & Product Cluster Lead ab
- Mit deinem Team übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die termin-, kosten
- und qualitätsgerechte Projektumsetzung sowie die Einhaltung der regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen
- Du organisierst die effiziente Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Bereichs und mit den Partnerbereichen und stellst den Wissens
- und Erfahrungs
- Austausch zwischen den Projekten und den Partnerbereichen sicher
- Unsere agile Organisation mit geteilter Führung baust du gemeinsam mit People Lead, Product Cluster Lead, People Cluster Lead und Product Leads weiter aus und bist für die fachliche Aus
- und Weiterbildung Deines Teams sowie Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter*innen gemeinsam mit dem People Lead verantwortlich

**Überzeugendes Profil**:

- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Hochschulstudium und hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektumsetzung von erneuerbaren Energien Projekten sowie idealerweise erste Erfahrung in fachlicher Führung z.B. in der Projektleitung oder anderen Führungsaufgaben gesammelt
- Du zeichnest dich durch lösungsorientiertes Denken, starke rhetorische Fähigkeiten und dem Blick für das Unternehmen und dem Markt aus
- Du hast umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich des Projektmanagement von PV- & Windprojekten, Marktkenntnisse in den Bereichen Hersteller, Lieferanten, und Dienstleister
- Du bringst deine Ideen konstruktiv und wertschätzend im Führungsteam ein und verfolgst deine Ziele mit einer großen Leidenschaft für Erneuerbaren Energien und der Arbeit im Team
- Du denkst unternehmerisch, kannst Menschen auf sympathische Weise von guten Ideen überzeugen und gehst mutig voran, um Ideen auf neuen Wegen zu realisieren
