Meet5 ist die größte Freizeit-Community für Leute ab 40 Jahren. Für jede Region, in der wir mit unserer App launchen, bauen wir mit viel Herzblut eine Community auf. Einer der wichtigsten Teile unser Community sind die Community Captains. Sie sind besonders aktive Mitglieder, erstellen viele Treffen und haben eine Vorbildfunktion innerhalb ihrer regionalen Communities.

Bei diesem Praktikum geht es darum, uns dabei zu unterstützen mit den Community Captains zusammenzuarbeiten, deren Feedback aufzunehmen, neue Captains zu gewinnen und auch die allgemeine Performance zu tracken. Dabei sind deiner Kreativität keine Grenzen gesetzt und wir freuen uns auf Input ab deinem ersten Tag. In unserem Büro im Herzen von Frankfurt arbeitest du eng mit anderen Community Managern zusammen.

Eine steile Lernkurve, interessante Aufgaben und jede Menge Spaß sind garantiert

Aufgaben
- Captains Recruiting: Arbeite gemeinsam mit dem Team aus, in welchen Regionen wir weitere Captains brauchen und gehe aktiv ins Recruiting
- Captains Management: Sei in ständigem Kontakt mit unserer über 400-köpfigen Captains Community, nehme deren Feedback auf, kommuniziere unsere aktuellen App-Verbesserungen
- Captains Events: Plane und organisiere exklusive Captain Events in Frankfurt
- Zusätzlich gibt es weitere Aufgaben aus dem Online Marketing: Content-Erstellung für Newsletter, Blog, Website und unsere eigene App, PR Maßnahmen in Bezug auf Captains sowie ggf. Aushilfe im (Captains-) Support

Qualifikation
- Motiviert sein: Du solltest vor allem motiviert und bereit sein, ab dem ersten Tag Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Neues lernen wollen
- Eigene Ideen einbringen: Gerne darfst du eigene Ideen einbringen und diese auch selbständig zusammen mit dem Team umsetzen
- Bonus: Laufendes / abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung in einem Marketing-relevanten Bereich
