In der Position als Senior Internal Communications Specialist (gn) unterstützt du die interne Kommunikation in der Region EMEA & DACH bei SoftwareOne. Du bist nicht nur Teil eines globalen Team, sondern arbeitest eng mit dem Leadership-Team der Region zusammen. Unterstütze sie dabei, interne Kommunikationsstrategien zu gestalten sowie umzusetzen, um unseren Mitarbeitenden die Unternehmens
- und Geschäftsstrategie zu vermitteln.

Das Aufgabengebiet:

- Du arbeitest mit dem Leadership-Team der Region EMEA & DACH an der internen Kommunikationsstrategie, setzt diese um und optimierst sie
- Dazu gehört das Durchführen von Kampagnen zur Mitteilung, Information und Umsetzung von Veränderungen
- Ebenfalls erstellst du zielgruppengerechte Mitteilungen und Inhalte (Text, Video, Slide Decks, Infografiken etc.).
- Du planst, erstellst und analysierst Formate wie Newsletter, Town Halls, Ask-me-Anything-Sessions und andere Formate nach Bedarf
- Dabei steuerst, betreibst und entwickelst du aktiv das Community Management aller relevanten Kanäle und Formate (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Newsletter, Town Halls etc.).
- Um unsere interne Kommunikation stetig zu verbessern, sammelst du Feedback, überprüfst dieses und passt unsere Kommunikation entsprechend an

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:

- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Richtung Kommunikations
- und Medienwissenschaften/Journalismus erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufliche Erfahrungen konntest du in der Unternehmenskommunikation, in Agenturen oder vergleichbaren Bereichen sammeln
- Dabei konntest du in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien mitwirken, vorzugsweise in einem dynamischen Unternehmensumfeld
- Du bist sicher im Umgang von Microsoft Office sowie in CMS-Systemen, insbesondere Microsoft SharePoint
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch
- Starke schriftliche sowie organisatorische Fähigkeiten und vorausschauendes Denken zählen zu deinen Stärken
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten/Qualifikationen im Bereich Change sind von Vorteil
