Teamlead Treasury

**Responsibilities**:

- Professional and disciplinary management of the treasury team
- Responsibility for the strategic orientation, further development and management of 6 full-time employees
- Further development of the entire treasury area to make it qualitatively and quantitatively measurable
- Process optimization, process automation and digitalization
- Responsibility for account management, payment transactions, cash pooling, cash management, currency hedging and internal financing
- Contact person for banks and group companies

**Qualifications**:

- 5-8 years of professional experience in international finance (treasury / corporate finance)
- Experience in staff management
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Affinity for IT topics and good general IT knowledge especially regarding treasury management and market information systems
- Strategic and operative hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills
