Sie stehen im engen Kontakt zu unseren Kunden, Partnern und internen Abteilungen und sind mitverantwortlich für die Bearbeitung der Transportaufträge.
- ** Ihre Rolle **:Sie sind vertraut mit dem Bereich Luftfrachtspedition? Zudem haben Sie ein gutes Händchen für Kunden? Dann könnte das abwechslungsreiche Aufgabengebiet in unserem Bereich Luftfracht Gateway etwas für Sie sein.
- ** Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Sie fungieren als erste Ansprechperson für unsere Großkunden
- Sie verantworten die operative und zollrechtliche Abfertigung von Luftfrachtsendungen (Import)
- Sie steuern die Auftragsbearbeitung in unserem System: von der Auftragsannahme, bis zur Ausstellung von Fracht-, Zoll
- und Transportdokumenten
- Sie arbeiten eng mit allen operativen Abteilungen und insbesondere mit dem Shared Service Centern zusammen
- Proaktive Kundenbetreuung, sowie proaktives Handeln bei eventuellen Verzögerungen in der Lieferkette

**Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen**:

- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Transport
- und Speditionswesen gesammelt, idealerweise in der Luftfracht
- Es fällt Ihnen leicht mit verschiedenen Menschen zu kommunizieren, dabei sind Sie stets kunden
- und lösungsorientiert
- Sie haben Freude an der Mitgestaltung und Durchführung von Prozessoptimierungen
- Sie sind ein Organisationstalent und verfügen über ein gutes Zeitmanagement
- Gute Englischkenntnisse erleichtern Ihnen die Kommunikation mit globalen Partnern
