The Artificial Intelligence team is a group of data scientists and machine learning engineers that work together to turn our data into smart products with the use of state-of-the-art machine learning. We empower a more personalized user experience, protect our users from malicious behavior and make their life easier by digitizing the real estate business.
**What we need from you**
- Collaborate and communicate with others to build and improve end to end solutions using advanced data science and machine learning techniques
- Build and operate data pipelines leveraging data from various sources to improve machine learning workflows
- Define metrics to validate model performance and connect them to business KPIs
- Master the entire data science process from development of supervised and unsupervised models to production deployment and monitoring
- Structure the machine learning projects of your team and break them down into work items of manageable size to provide transparency on your progress
- Contribute to best practices, frameworks and tools which help to build impactful machine learning products
**What you need to bring**
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field)
- Solid experience with developing machine learning models in Python using standard (e.g., scikit-learn, numpy, pandas) and at least one specialized (xgboost, tensorflow, keras, pytorch) framework
- Solid understanding of one or more of the following fields: classification, time series prediction, recommendations, clustering
- You are used to bringing up your ideas and act on them proactively
- Experience in hiring and mentoring other team members
- You enjoy explaining your teams’ work to stakeholders and answering their questions
