Stellenbeschreibung
- Als wichtiger Teil unseres Legal & Compliance Teams bist du für den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Compliance-Abteilung maßgeblich verantwortlich.
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören u.a.:

- Beratung der Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräfte und Geschäftsführung zu Compliance-Themen und deren Umsetzung
- Analysieren und Bewerten von Compliance-Risiken sowie die Durchführung von Compliance-Audits
- Untersuchung und Prüfung von Sachverhalten mit Anhaltspunkten für Compliance Verstöße
- Erstellung und Pflege von Richtlinien, Standards und Verfahren im Bereich Compliance
- Entwicklung eines Compliance-Schulungskonzepts und Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Compliance-Management-Systems nach anerkannten Standards
- Du leitest ein (kleines) Team und arbeitest eng mit unserem General Counsel und unserem Director Governance, Risk & Compliance zusammen.

Qualifikationen
- Du verfügst über zwei juristische Staatsexamina (mind. ein Examen voll befriedigend), über einen wirtschaftsrechtlichen (Bachelor/Master) oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss (Diplom etc.)
- Du hast mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compliance
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in den relevanten Rechts
- und Compliance-Bereichen, der Entwicklung einer Compliance-Strategie und der Implementierung eines Compliance Management Systems
- Du hast Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Projekte zu managen und die involvierten Stakeholder zu koordinieren wie auch zu schulen
- Du bist fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
- Du hast Erfahrung und Interesse im internationalen Kontext zu arbeiten und gemeinsam mit Enpal zu wachsen
