**Program Summary**

**KBR** leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the **Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract** (**LOGCAP**). KBR’s enduring mission support of the **LOGCAP** program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.

**Job Summary**

As a **Logistics Support Supervisor,** you will hold a crucial position in the planning, organization, and leadership of daily activities within specific departmental or functional areas. You will actively contribute to achieving short
- and long-term goals, establish production standards, and recommend operational enhancements.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Implement training requirements and monitor employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and government regulations.
- Lead and organize day-to-day activities within designated departmental or functional areas.
- Assist the manager in achieving short
- and long-term goals for the department/function.
- Provide movement control support for surface personnel transportation.
- Communicate effectively with military personnel and Department of State.
- Make decisions in a high-stress atmosphere.
- Prioritize tasks based on outlined instructions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Basic Qualifications **(Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- ** Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.**:

- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of related experience.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead / Supervisor / Manager.
- Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Extensive military training in logistics plans and operations or equivalent civilian coursework is required.
- Must have a thorough understanding of military or industrial logistics and operations, demonstrating the ability to plan, track, and execute logístical support operations efficiently.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.

**Preferred Qualifications **(Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a related field.
