Wir sind Horsemapp, ein Software-Unternehmen aus dem HorseTech Bereich.

**Unsere Vision**: die Disruption der globalen Pferdeindustrie. Unser Herzstück ist eine digitale Plattform, die alle Bedürfnisse von Privatpersonen und Unternehmen rund ums Pferd abdeckt. Wir verstehen uns dabei als Problemlöser, der sämtliche Prozesse und organisatorische Aufgaben rund um den Pferdealltag digitalisiert und effizient gestaltet.

Aufgaben
- Weiterentwicklung unserer App mit Deinen innovativen und kreativen Ideen
- Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Monetarisierungs-Modells
- Rundum-Verantwortung für das Produkt-Tracking und -Testing (Setup, Weiterentwicklung, Analyse, KPI-Reporting)
- Fachliche Leitung eines 9-köpfigen interdisziplinären Teams bestehend aus Frontend, Backend, DevOps, technical QA und UI/UX-Design. Dabei übernimmst Du auch die typischen Aufgaben eines Product Owners: Spezifizierung, Priorisierung & fachliche QA der Tasks, Release-Koordination sowie Stakeholder-Management

Qualifikation
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Produktmanagement mit einem Abschluss im Bereich BWL, Informatik, Innovationsmanagement oder vergleichbar
- Du bist ambitioniert, zielstrebig und nutzerorientiert. Du hast riesige Lust, ein erfolgreiches Unternehmen mit aufzubauen und über Dich selbst hinauszuwachsen
- Du beherrschst alle gängigen Tools des Produktmanagements und kennst Dich mit agilen Frameworks aus
- Du kannst fließend Deutsch und Englisch, um unser mehrsprachiges Produkt optimal an die Bedürfnisse der Zielgruppe anzupassen
- Optional hast Du bereits erste Berührungspunkte mit Pferden gesammelt und kannst daher Ideen auch aus dieser Perspektive mit einbringen
