dem Schwerpunkt interventionelle Kardiologie.

Der Clinical Applications and Support Specialist (CASS) spielt eine wesentliche Rolle für das Unternehmen und ist als unser

klinischer Produktchampion das "face to the customer".

Die CASS-Funktion konzentriert sich hauptsächlich auf die Schulung klinischer Anwendungen und den Anwendersupport

vor und nach dem Verkauf von Systemen. Die Planung und Durchführung von Installationen, Wartungen, Inspektionen und

Fehlersuche sind weitere wichtige Elemente der CASS-Aufgaben. Es ist von großer Bedeutung, dass der Spezialist mit

Handels
- und Servicepartnern zusammenarbeitet, um die Produkteinführung zu erleichtern und mit unserem

Produktmanagementteam die Benutzerfreundlichkeit zu verbessern. Häufige Reisen sollen die Kundenzufriedenheit

sicherstellen, der Vor-Ort-Support wird Ärzten helfen, sich vollständig an die Verwendung unserer Systeme anzupassen

und infolgedessen die Patientenversorgung und die klinischen Ergebnisse zu verbessern.

**Clinical Applications and Support Specialist (M/F/d)**

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Installation, Wartung, Inspektion und Fehlerbehebung medizinischer Geräte
- Bereitstellung von Schulungen zu klinischen Anwendungen für Werbemaßnahmen / Servicepartner und

Endnutzer
- Leisten von klinischem Fallsupport für Endnutzer
- Dokumentation und Verwaltung aller relevanten Kundenaktivitäten innerhalb unseres Ticketing-Systems
- Beheben von Produktproblemen an Kundenstandorten und Identifizieren von Problemen mit der

Benutzerfreundlichkeit von Produkten
- Kommunikation von Kundenfeedback an die entsprechenden Abteilungen im Unternehmen
- Dokumentation von Beschwerden nach QMS-Prozessen
- Installation von Software-Updates und Durchführung entsprechender Dokumentationen und Schulungen,

gemäß Qualitätsmanagementsystem
- Rechtzeitige Bereitstellung von Serviceberichten

**Dein Profil**:

- Bachelor of Science in Biomedizintechnik oder vergleichbar
- Bereitschaft zu unregelmäßigen Geschäftsreisen, auch kurzfristig
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Vorkenntnisse oder Erfahrungen im Bereich Kardiologie & Elektrophysiologie sind von Vorteil
- Vorkenntnisse oder Erfahrungen als Clinical Application Specialist sind von Vorteil
- Vorkenntnisse oder Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Software für medizin. Geräteanwendungen sind von Vorteil
- Grundlegende technische Fähigkeiten, um routinemäßige Fehlerbehebung durchzuführen
- Ausgeprägte Analyse
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
- Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit multidisziplinären Krankenhausteams
- Klare und prägnante schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
