Im Rahmen unserer Entwicklung des neuen Commandos suchen wir ab sofort einen **Senior** **Game Designer** **(m/w/d)**.

Die **Claymore Game Studios** befinden sich in **Darmstadt** und damit in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Frankfurt am Main. Wir arbeiten an der Fortsetzung der international erfolgreichen **Commandos-Serie** für PC und die Konsolen der neuesten Generation. Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir nach leidenschaftlichen Entwicklern, die aktiv die Zukunft dieser ikonischen Marke, die das Genre der taktischen Strategiespiele geprägt hat, mitgestalten wollen.

**Dein Profil**:

- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Spieleindustrie als Game Designer
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Gamedesign Dokumenten inklusive Flowcharts, Tabellen, Mindmaps etc. und der Nutzung von Confluence und Jira
- Verständnis der Einflussgrößen Character Interaktion, AI und Events in der Spielewelt, inklusive der Online constraints
- Systemisches und logisches Denken und gutes Verständnis von Programmieranforderungen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kenntnis der Unreal Engine ist von Vorteil

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Design, Balancing und Weiterentwicklung von neuen und bestehenden Systemen und Regelwerken
- Design von Gameplay, UI, UX, Controls
- Dokumentation und Kommunikation der Spielmechaniken und Gamedesign Anforderungen für die technische Umsetzung
- Systemanalyse von Wettbewerbsprodukten
- Klare Kommunikation von Vision und Inhalten des GDD an die Teammitglieder inklusive Präsentationen
