Your Role- Manage and organize information within our department and make available for a broad audience- Communicate with stakeholders and create communication material- Structure and maintain the Data Enablement info hub to ensure relevant documentation is well-structured and easily accessible- Create and update content (presentations, reports, newsletter)- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in our knowledge management and communication processes- Assist in the implementation of new data governance policies and procedures- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our knowledge management and communication efforts- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on data governance best practices- Assist the team with general administrative matters
Your Profile- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a relevant field such as Information Management, Communication, Data Science, Business Administration, or a comparable course of study- Strong organizational and analytical skills- Excellent communication skills in English and ideally as well in German- Experience in developing and delivering target group-specific texts- Passion for creating content and texts, images, and videos
Further skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams)- Solution-oriented with a hands-on mentality and a creative mindset- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Knowledge of data governance principles and practices is a plus
