**Your Tasks**:

- Monitoring the timely receipt of payments, initiating and carrying out dunning procedures, terminating contracts and realizing collateral
- Contacting contractual partners in writing and by telephone, in particular defaulting lessees, debt collection service providers, lawyers, authorities and credit agencies
- Pre
- and post-processing of contracts due to payment defaults and insolvencies
- Managing and monitoring external partners for debt collection, vehicle collateralization and vehicle utilization
- Preparation of invoices and processing and monitoring of daily/weekly lists (resubmission, incoming payments, collateralization lists)
- Obtaining information (Schufa, Creditreform, employer) for checking and further processing in connection with the final contract processing
- Supporting and participating in project work, developing IT systems and carrying out system tests and documentation to improve the quality and quantity of work

**Your profile**:

- Completed commercial training, preferably as a legal assistant
- Experience in the leasing and financing sector is an advantage
- Basic legal knowledge and knowledge of dunning/receivables management
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills
- Good self-organization and a high degree of teamwork skills
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
