We are a Barcelona based startup with offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin and Paris and soon we will conquer some more cities across Europe

**Role |**:
We are seeking a** Purchasing and Project Assistant **to join our team in Berlin. This is an entry role level where you will manage different projects simultaneously and partner with our Interior Designers to ensure that all of our furniture, design, and service needs meet our budget and timelines. On a day-to-day basis, you will help with the ordering, tracking and installation of furniture across our apartments. Internally, we refer to this position as a Project Manager.

**Responsibilities |**:

- Manage the buying and delivery process of furniture for new apartments
- Report all the furniture invoices to the finance team after any purchase
- Log and track all furniture purchases by apartment
- Assist with the installation of furniture and other services as well as participate in the setting for the photoshoot session
- Assist, negotiate and communicate with our existing suppliers and help evaluate potential new furniture partners
- Manage all replacements and return processes
- Work closely with our interior designers to ensure project budgets and deadlines are met
- Deliver on time the wrap up of the project

**About you |**:

- Proficient in Excel (Familiar with Formulas, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting)
- Experience merchandising and buying.
- Experience within the interior design, retail, or furniture industry highly desired
- You're a go-getter who is highly organized and energetic
- You can perform under pressure while reaching tight deadlines
- Proficiency in managing project budgets and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working with suppliers and vendors
- Design and crafts knowledge would be a plus
- Fluency in English and GERMAN is a must
- Flexible, resilient and content with ambiguity and changes.
- Confident with working in cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable performing in a start-up environment.
