**What do you contribute?**
- Sustainability is an important factor in your activities in your new role. You will analyse the impact on the CO2 footprint of the supply chain and initiate sustainable supply chains.
- In particular, you will support and develop standards and concepts in order to be able to offer our projects and plants the highest possible availability of materials at the best possible conditions.
- Digitalisation is a daily part of your work. As part of continuous improvement, you will help to automate and digitalise processes.
- You will support the global localisation activities of the Rolling Stock business unit and further develop efficient supply chains between our customers, suppliers, plants and internal interfaces.
- You will implement the developed concepts in coordination with our plants and projects in an international environment.
- As a Logistics Specialist (f/m/d), you can also take on the technical management of cross-functional teams depending on the project and ensure the smooth running of our supply chain processes on your own responsibility.
- You like to be in contact with our worldwide locations, whereby we ensure a balanced mix of online solutions and on-site visits.

**What do you bring along?**
- The basis for your success is a Bachelor's degree specialising in logistics or supply chain.
- You have already gained several years of experience in the handling, management and optimisation of international logistics processes.
- You have already gained initial experience in rail freight transport, if you have extensive rail transport experience, we look forward to hearing about your expertise.
- Ideally, you are familiar with the business of the rail industry and the resulting challenges for the global supply chain.
- You also have several years of expertise in working with forwarders and logistics service providers.
- You can quickly familiarise yourself with a variety of digital tools and technologies.
- You communicate fluently in intercultural teams in German and English and are willing to occasionally visit our locations worldwide.
